Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of the procurement and supply cycle. 2. Handling of purchase orders, supplier contracts, and customs documentation. 3. Administrative, accounting, and personnel management support. In San Adrián, Navarra, a person is to join the procurement department of an industrial company. The main responsibilities focus on comprehensive management of the procurement cycle—from initial requisition through to material receipt—ensuring adherence to deadlines and production-quality requirements. Daily tasks include managing purchase orders and contracts with domestic and international suppliers, handling customs documentation, and applying relevant Incoterms. Additionally, raw material receipt, goods receipt note and invoice verification, and maintaining up-to-date stock and inventory records using IT tools are performed. The position also requires administrative support in basic accounting tasks, preparation of reports for management, and certain personnel management duties. Candidates must have prior experience in similar environments and advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
