Collaboration in sustainable asset management and related tools. **Job Title** Technical Manager**Job Description Summary** The primary objective of the Technical Manager is to ensure that the shopping center's facilities are in good condition, that technical and legal requirements are up to date according to current regulations, and that general services provided by the shopping center meet high levels of user satisfaction.**Job Description** * Work collaboratively and as part of a team under the hierarchical supervision of the Asset Manager and the Technical Lead of the Asset Services Spain department. * Ensure proper technical and legal compliance monitoring of the asset and its adaptation to applicable legal requirements. * Manage and organize the document repository. * Collaborate with the Asset Services Spain technical team to ensure accurate and periodic updates of data in the company’s internal management tools. * Actively participate in the documentary supervision of projects and construction works, including preparation of progress and completion reports. * Actively collaborate in supervising and improving processes related to the asset’s Health & Safety (H\&S) policy; develop, maintain, control, and coordinate relevant tools. * Support the control, development, and digitization of documentary processes required for continuous improvement of technical asset management. * Collaborate on requirements arising from sustainable asset management, tool management, and communication with tenants and service providers. * Actively support obtaining and/or maintaining certifications, as well as maintaining associated management platforms. * Assist in document management, search, and organization. * Vendor management. * Management of service contracts and continuous improvement of the document repository to support this function. * Tenant management. * Preparation of reports. * On-site work, including shift coverage.
