We are experiencing strong growth and need to further expand our team of **maintenance technicians**. **Why will you enjoy working in this position?** **Technical learning and development** You will work with industrial machinery and production equipment in a modern, continuously evolving plant, where you can broaden your knowledge and face new challenges every day. **Impact and teamwork** Your role will be essential to ensuring uninterrupted production, supported by a team of professionals who make it possible for everything to operate with maximum efficiency. **Your mission** Ensure the availability, reliability, and proper operation of production equipment through preventive, corrective, and continuous improvement maintenance activities. **Your responsibilities will include:** * **Preventive maintenance and diagnostics:** Inspect and diagnose the operational status of machines, equipment, and facilities; identify potential failures; contribute to preventive maintenance according to established plans; follow technical protocols and manufacturers' recommendations to extend asset service life. * **Corrective maintenance and incident resolution:** Resolve incidents and breakdowns through rapid, effective, and safe corrective interventions, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production. * **Continuous improvement and process optimization:** Propose and implement technical improvements, adjustments, and upgrades that enhance productivity, equipment reliability, and energy efficiency of facilities. **Requirements:** --------------- Higher vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related fields.
