Your main responsibilities will include: * **Customer Support and Service:** Handling and resolving customer inquiries regarding **fiber-optic and mobile services**. * **Incident Resolution:** Identifying and effectively solving technical and billing issues. * **Clarification of Queries:** Assisting users with a solution-oriented and friendly approach. **(Important: This is a 100% support and customer service role!
