Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible concierge for a residential building, tasked with cleaning, garden and swimming pool maintenance, access control, and general care of common areas. A responsible person capable of multitasking and with a positive attitude A concierge is needed for a residential building in Calahorra (La Rioja). Duties include cleaning entrances, staircases, elevators, and windows; maintaining gardens and the swimming pool; managing access control for people; and caring for common facilities. A temporary part-time contract is offered, with 20 weekly hours, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00, until September 19, 2026\. We require a responsible individual capable of performing multiple tasks and with a positive disposition for teamwork.
