The facility is located in the Pla d’Urgell region and has **112 residential places**, offering comprehensive care to elderly individuals for permanent stays, temporary stays, and day-center services. You will be part of a committed multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering **high-quality healthcare and assistance**, within a professional environment focused on resident well-being. Responsibilities * Medical assessment of residents. * Clinical follow-up and management of chronic conditions. * Coordination with the nursing team and the multidisciplinary team. * Prescription and review of treatments. * Preparation of medical reports and health status monitoring. * Participation in the individualized care plan for residents. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine. * Valid medical license. * Ability to work collaboratively and orientation toward resident care.
