**Position Objective** To plan, support and monitor the fulfillment of obligations under the Reception Program, aiming to enhance the autonomy, dignity and well-being of program beneficiaries, under the direct supervision of the Territorial Manager of the Delegation. **Main Functions** * Plan, carry out and supervise actions related to implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the itineraries of hosted individuals, supervising referrals to CEAR services according to guidelines provided by the Territorial Manager of the area. * Plan and develop group workshops together with the intervention technical team of the facility. * Monitor and manage personnel linked to the Reception Program, including trainees and assigned volunteers. * Guide the team on implementing management manuals, procedures, internal protocols for action and intervention. * Support reception/inclusion processes involving particularly vulnerable individuals. * Conduct assessment interviews, identify vulnerability and propose referrals to specialized resources for individuals hosted in the facilities. * Prepare follow-up reports, admission reports, proposals for extension of stay in the reception center, transfer, mandatory/precautionary discharge, and referral to the second phase. * Ensure proper cohabitation management within reception facilities. * Carry out social, health, family and/or intercultural mediation interventions. * Perform necessary procedures to facilitate users' access to social, healthcare and educational services. * Prepare reports, summaries, improvement proposals and other required documentation for program management. * Assess, propose, manage and monitor the justification of financial assistance. * Record data in the SIRIA database, organizational databases and any other systems used for program management. * Ensure that the team under their responsibility updates user data daily in the CEARNET application and other organizational databases. * Participate in team meetings and events organized by the Reception area at territorial or national level when required. * Monitor administrative tasks and economic management activities essential for the proper execution of the Reception Program in coordination with the Administration and Accounting department, ensuring correct archiving and custody of documentation at the facility. * Review logistical management tasks (purchases, restocking, inventory tracking, insurance, suppliers) when necessary. * Ensure compliance with the organization's and program's intervention criteria. * Guarantee adherence to center and facility regulations, as well as application of Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Promote and establish relationships with local social resources (municipalities, neighborhood associations, social, educational and healthcare services, etc.) **Education/Knowledge** * University degree in Social Work or vocational training qualification in the field of social sciences, complemented by a minimum of 3 years of professional experience (verifiable). * Specialized training in areas related to asylum, migration and social intervention. * Knowledge of the current socio-political context regarding individuals seeking international protection in Spain and Europe. * Languages: English and/or French. * Familiarity with social resources available in the region. * Proficiency in Office suite tools (Excel, Word). **Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in reception and social intervention related to migrant and/or refugee populations. * Minimum of 2 years of experience managing/directing teams, programs or centers in the social sector. **Required Professional Competencies** * Commitment. * Adaptability to change. * Teamwork. * Coordination and team management. * Resilience. * Results orientation. * Relational and communication skills. * Decision-making ability. **Valued Aspects** * Professional registration. * Previous involvement with CEAR as a volunteer or employee. * Experience in the third sector. * Experience coordinating and managing projects and/or programs. * Experience in administrative and document management. * Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%. * Experience using the SIRIA database. * Languages: English and/or French C1. * Languages: Arabic. * Training in Gender Equality. **We Offer** * Start date: mid-December 2025 * **Substitution contract (expected until September 2026)** * **Full-time: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00;
