Job Summary: We are seeking individuals for the manufacturing and maintenance of wind turbine blades, performing laminating, finishing, sanding, and repairs. Key Highlights: 1. On-the-job training and possibility of immediate employment We are seeking individuals to work in the wind energy sector, specifically in the manufacturing and maintenance of wind turbine blades. Main tasks will include laminating, finishing blades, and sanding fiberglass. Repairs will also be carried out on various components that form part of the blades. Prior experience in the industrial, agricultural, metalworking, or construction sectors is required. A personal vehicle is mandatory to reach the facilities in Lumbier, and full and immediate availability from Monday to Sunday is necessary. Experience in industrial assembly and manual dexterity with tools will be valued. It is important not to suffer from skin or allergic conditions that could be aggravated by the working environment. The minimum educational requirement is Primary Education. Immediate employment is offered. The initial contract will be for 4 months, with possible renewal. Working hours will follow a 4th shift schedule, with rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights. On-the-job training will be provided. Minimum experience required in the industrial, agricultural, metalworking, or construction sectors. A personal vehicle is mandatory to travel to Lumbier. Full and immediate availability from Monday to Sunday. Industrial assembly experience and manual dexterity with tools are desirable. No skin or allergic diseases. Primary Education.
