We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to lead technological projects with international impact in fields such as Earth Observation, Artificial Intelligence, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), coordinating multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with national and European reference clients and organizations. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for leading technological projects from planning through to closure, coordinating technical teams and ensuring the achievement of objectives, deadlines, budget, and quality. You will work alongside specialists in GIS, Earth Observation, AI, and software development, collaborating with national and international clients and participating in technological innovation initiatives. **Your key challenges will include:** * End-to-end management of technological projects. * Coordination of technical and functional teams. * Planning, monitoring, and control of timelines, costs, and risks. * Budget, quality, and deliverables management. * Communication with national and international clients. * Coordination with technology partners and subcontractors. * Monitoring of project indicators and preparation of executive reporting. * Participation in the preparation of technical proposals and new business opportunities. * Collaboration on European and international projects. **TO FEEL COMFORTABLE IN THIS POSITION, WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING** **Mandatory** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Geography, or a related field. * Over 5 years of experience managing technological projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced English proficiency for working with international clients and teams. * Experience managing planning, budgeting, risk, quality, and client relationships. Excellent communication and organizational skills. * **Especially valued** * PMP certification or equivalent. * Experience in European projects (ESA, Copernicus, Horizon Europe, EUSPA, European Commission, or other international organizations). * Experience in international tenders and preparation of technical proposals. * Knowledge of agile or hybrid methodologies. * Experience coordinating software development teams. * Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions into products or services. * Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management tools. * **ADDITIONAL ASSETS IF YOU HAVE WORKED WITH** * Geographic Information Systems (GIS). * Earth Observation. * Satellite image processing. * Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. * SaaS architectures. * APIs and cloud services.
