Sacyr Conservación requires a COEX Site Supervisor for Granada. Your main mission will be to plan, organize, and control the process and methodology of conservation and operation works on assigned roads. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise, organize, and coordinate work teams and assign tasks to operators and subcontractors * Monitor and verify work processes and outcomes * Support the Operations Manager or superior in coordinating material and human resources for proper execution of conservation works, and report on conservation activities and any relevant incidents that may arise * Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention measures and labor regulations * Allocate costs to corresponding work units * Meet deadlines, quality, MA (Maintenance Agreement), and safety requirements for conservation unit execution * Review and approve work reports submitted by personnel under your supervision and receive materials. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Education: High School Diploma * Additional required training: COEX certification and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training; proficiency in roadwork signage standards—vertical, horizontal, and containment systems, etc. * Prior experience in similar positions * Computer skills: Microsoft Office * Knowledge of machinery * Valid Driver’s License Class B **What We Offer:** * Contract type: Permanent * Location: Salobreña, Granada The Sacyr Group offers you the opportunity to advance your professional career within one of the most recognized companies in its sector.
