Currently, we offer **33 training programs and have over 4,000 students enrolled annually, as well as operating 32 physical centers across Spain.** Are you passionate about teaching and interested in being part of an innovative project? We are seeking a teacher to conduct **in-person seminars** at our **Granada** branch, aimed at preparing candidates for **personal interviews** in state security forces and corps. If you have a background in Psychology and experience with public examination processes, we invite you to contribute to the success of our candidates. **Your role:** As a member of our team, you will play a key role in preparing our students to confidently face personal interviews, which are critical in the selection process for security forces. You will deliver in-person seminars, providing not only theoretical preparation but also practical training through interview simulations. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting **in-person seminars** of **1.5 hours** each, delivering **two** seminars **per quarter during afternoon hours** * Implementing Personalized Learning Strategies * Leading Interview Simulations * Providing Analysis and Constructive Feedback * Creating a Motivating Learning Environment **What we are looking for:** * Degree in Psychology. * Experience preparing candidates for personal interviews. * Ability to motivate and guide students in a high-pressure environment. * Excellent communication and empathy skills. **Desirable:** * Experience as a candidate or tribunal member in state security selection processes. * Specialization courses in interview techniques and effective communication. **What we offer:** * **Service contract with a gross payment of 45 euros per seminar.** * The opportunity to collaborate with an academy committed to Social Responsibility and the Environment. * Participation in an innovative project that promotes creativity and continuous learning. * Being part of a team that values equal opportunities and promotes employment inclusion. * A dynamic environment where you will strengthen your professional experience while contributing to the development of future candidates.
