At DXC Spain, we are seeking an IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team **.** **What we’re looking for:** * Someone eager to learn and grow in IT recruitment from the ground up. * A hands-on attitude: proactive, not waiting — searching, experimenting, and learning through trial and error. * Strong communication skills, approachability, and common sense. * Organizational ability to manage multiple positions with team support. And most importantly: someone who wants to contribute, not just execute — who asks questions, proposes ideas, challenges how things are done, and seeks to improve processes, sourcing, and the team’s way of working from day one. * **Requirements:** * 0–2 years of recruitment experience — or even no prior experience, provided there is a clear interest in recruitment. * HR-related degree required (e.g., Degree in Labor Relations and HR, Psychology, or similar). A Master’s in HR / Talent Acquisition is highly valued. * Genuine interest in the technology world and eagerness to learn about these types of profiles. * Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with hiring managers and candidates. * English (minimum B2 level — you will use it regularly). * Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning sourcing techniques and full-cycle recruitment management. **Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes (from start to close) for roles such as development, cloud, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, SAP, etc. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers: understand their needs, contribute to profile definition, and support the entire process. * Conduct active sourcing (LinkedIn, headhunting, databases), rather than relying solely on inbound applications. * Support candidate evaluation (technical and cultural fit). * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process. **Why DXC?
