At **Kraftwerk Fitness**, we continue to grow and are **opening new centers across the Iberian Peninsula**, and we want you to join our team from day one. We are looking for **Multidisciplinary Instructors** with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a vocation for training and group classes. What will be your mission? You will be a key element of the Kraftwerk experience, accompanying and motivating our members from day one. **Your main responsibilities:** * Advising and supporting clients in the fitness area. * Teaching group classes. * Supervising the proper use and condition of equipment and facilities. * Assisting with basic cleaning and organizing of equipment. * Customer service at reception when required. * Conveying energy, approachability, and professionalism in every interaction. **What are we looking for in you?** * A versatile, dynamic profile with strong interpersonal skills. * Passion for sports, fitness, and interacting with people. * Motivation to continue training and expand your disciplines. * Ability to work collaboratively in an environment of opening and growth. **Minimum Requirements** * Experience teaching group classes such as: * GAP, Functional Training, Pilates, Indoor Cycling. * **Zumba** (Highly desirable). * **Les Mills** (Highly desirable): Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Balance. * Vocational training (FP) or university degree in physical conditioning, sociocultural animation, or related fields in sports and/or physiotherapy. **What do we offer?** * Joining a newly opened gym with a solid project and expansion plans. * A young, dynamic environment focused on professional development. * Real opportunities for growth and internal training. * Becoming part of a brand currently expanding nationwide. **Are you interested?** Send us your CV and tell us which disciplines you teach and why you want to join Kraftwerk Fitness.
