**Responsibilities**
* Has knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre\-payroll process, payroll, post\-payroll, portal, etc
* Help to make estimates of time required.
* Adapts and parametrizes the solution to the taking of requirements
* Resolves medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application
* Performs integrated testing
* Supports the client on the functioning of the application
* Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements
* Works on multiple projects simultaneously
* Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)
* Solves easy and medium complexity problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the country
* Participate in the parametrization of tables in SAP following the technical specifications established, detecting and resolving errors.
* Perform unit testing of these parametrization results; carrying out the necessary tests in a testing environment.
Maintain up\-to\-date documentation of encrypted programs.

**Junior SAP HCM Consultant**
Integrated into the AMPS department and under the supervision of an AMPS Team Manager, the overall responsibility of a SAP HCM Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP client as follows:
* Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities
* Manage simple tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it
* Generate easy\-to\-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting Strada best practices
* Operate required system tests using either provided or self generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications
* Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled
* Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met. Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager
* Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues
* Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture
Qualifications
