They will also perform format changes on production lines and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Additionally, they will participate in continuous improvement activities, troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and process control systems, and propose design improvements to optimize equipment.**Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities** * Comply with safety regulations at their workplace. * Execute preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on production processes. * Meet preventive and corrective maintenance performance metrics. * Ensure support is provided to internal customers: Production and Quality, to maintain optimal equipment functionality. * Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives, machine vision systems, and servo motors. * Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, participate in commissioning new equipment. * Ensure knowledge transfer regarding maintainability of new equipment from the project team to themselves. * Collaborate on spare parts coding for new equipment and ensure sufficient spare parts availability prior to commissioning. * Assume responsibility for equipment maintenance after commissioning. * Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, collaborate with the Process Improvement Team using their expertise. * Minimize technical incidents related to this equipment. * Collaborate with Process and Maintenance Engineers on equipment improvements. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Degree or equivalent qualification. * Additional training: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC programming. * Languages: Advanced English proficiency preferred. * Minimum 4 years’ experience performing electromechanical maintenance technical functions.
