We are seeking an Accounting and Human Resources Manager to lead this transformation alongside management. A modern, digital, solution-oriented, and innovative profile is required. Job Description Management of the Accounting/Tax and Human Resources areas, supported by internal teams and digital tools including AI. Minimum 4 years of experience required. Responsibilities Accounting and Tax Area \- Daily accounting tasks. \- Bank reconciliations. \- VAT, IRPF, and tax compliance filings. \- Monthly and annual closings. \- Fixed asset control. \- Financial reporting (KPIs, dashboards). \- Accounting digitalization and AI implementation. Human Resources Area \- Payroll management and coordination with external agencies. \- Time tracking, vacation, and leave management. \- Recruitment and interviews. \- Digital onboarding. \- Occupational health and safety (PRL) and internal training. \- Internal communication and workplace climate. \- Implementation of digital tools and AI. \- Digital transformation of the people function. Minimum Requirements \- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related field. \- 4 years of accounting experience. \- Knowledge or motivation in HR. \- Accounting software (A3, Sage, Holded, Contasol…). \- Excel/Google Sheets. \- Knowledge of applied AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, automations). \- Organized, responsible, and proactive profile. Desired Requirements \- Training in HR, taxation, or labor management. \- Experience in process digitalization. \- Automation tools.
