Position Summary: We are seeking a Services Supervisor to detect support needs, foster social integration, and develop training and autonomy programs for workers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Worker needs detection and capacity assessment 2. Establishment of relationships to promote integration and stability 3. Development of training and individualized support programs A Services Supervisor position is offered in Granada. Main responsibilities include detecting each worker's support needs through capacity assessment and job analysis; establishing relationships with the worker's family and social environment to promote integration and stability; developing job-specific and new technology-oriented training programs; and providing individualized support to foster autonomy and independence. The role also includes supervising work centers (planning, organization), managing absenteeism, maintaining client relations, and supporting the onboarding of new workers. Minimum required experience: 1 to 3 years as team leader or supervisor. Employment contract is temporary, with an estimated duration of 360 days, full-time, working hours from 08:00 to 16:00, salary according to collective agreement.
