Deep technical expertise in adversary emulation frameworks such as MITRE ATT\&CK, Cobalt Strike, Sliver, or Mythic. Proficiency in scripting and development using Python, PowerShell, or Go to build custom tools, payloads, and resilient C2 infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to evade modern defenses, including EDR, endpoint protection, and network detection systems, ensuring stealth and operational resilience. Practical experience in cloud and identity offense, targeting cloud control planes (AWS, Azure, GCP) and identity systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD) for persistence and escalation. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver clear technical reports and executive summaries, and present findings to both technical and C\-level stakeholders. Autonomy and initiative—you thrive in independent, high\-pressure environments with strong OPSEC discipline and creative problem\-solving skills. **Passion for offensive security:** continuously researching emerging threats, developing novel tradecraft, and mentoring others in the art of ethical hacking. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Plan and execute full\-spectrum Red Team operations, from initial access to data exfiltration, emulating advanced persistent threats in real\-world scenarios. Develop and deploy custom attack tools and payloads to test the resilience of modern security architectures across on\-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. Design and run sophisticated attack scenarios in collaboration with internal Red and White Teams to challenge blue teams and uncover critical security gaps. Deliver actionable technical reports and executive briefings that clearly link findings to business risk and drive effective remediation strategies. Partner with engineering and security teams to advise on mitigation, validate fixes, and strengthen organizational defenses. Lead innovation in offensive techniques by researching new attack vectors, automating tradecraft, and staying ahead of defensive technologies. Present results to technical leads and executives, actively participating in governance and post\-engagement remediation discussions. Support broader cybersecurity initiatives, including threat research, security uplift programs, and internal training—when not conducting live operations. WHY US?
