Discarlux, a leading company in the meat industry with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to selling high-quality meat products, with a cutting room located in the Vallecas industrial park, is looking to hire a **sales specialist.** **Responsibilities:** Develop and manage the client portfolio (butcher shops, distributors, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). Identify business opportunities and new sales channels. Advise clients on products, quality, prices, and promotions. Negotiate commercial terms within established margins. Handle transmission of customer complaints and claims. Prepare budgets, proposals, and track orders. Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure product supply within agreed timeframes. Record visits and results in the CRM or internal system. Participate in trade fairs, events, and promotional activities within the meat sector. Submit activity and performance reports to the sales manager. Comply with data protection, quality, food safety policies, and current regulations in the meat sector. **Education:** Vocational training or intermediate/advanced degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related field. Specific training in meat or food industries is a plus. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the meat or food industry. Results-oriented. Proactive and autonomous.
