




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the commercial network in a pharmaceutical laboratory, performing report validation, registration management, billing, and report preparation. We need to fill a temporary position as an Administrative Assistant in a pharmaceutical laboratory located in Alcobendas. The contract is to cover a medical leave, and the selected candidate will support the commercial network. Main responsibilities include validation of medical reports, management of registrations and services, handling inquiries regarding specific reports, billing, preparation of sales reports, and management of expense notes. A temporary replacement contract is offered, with full-time hours and a flexible schedule between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Compensation will be €13.50 gross per hour. * Minimum education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Administration or related field. * Medium–high Excel proficiency; a proficiency test will be conducted. * Prior experience in administrative tasks (corporate or pharmaceutical environments preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. * Immediate availability.
