Job Summary: We are seeking Junior Engineers to support the coordination and monitoring of engineering projects, supervise the execution of construction works and installations, and prepare technical reports. Training plan for professional development We are **IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL**, a company specializing in engineering services primarily focused on the electrical sector, civil works, renewable energy, environmental services, and legalizations. We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral approach, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking **Junior Engineers** to join our Andalusia delegation. ##### **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Support in the **coordination and monitoring of engineering projects**, both in the technical office and on-site, according to specialization (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.). * Collaboration in the **control and supervision of the proper execution of construction works and installations**, ensuring compliance with project specifications, deadlines, and technical requirements set by the client. * Monitoring of **work progress**, verifying adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and current legislation. * Preparation of **periodic technical reports**, and support in project and construction documentation. * Review and verification of **contractors’ certifications and measurements**, under supervision of the senior team. **What are we looking for?** * **University degree** in: + Civil Engineering; Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports); Mining Engineering. + Architect or Technical Architect. + Technical Mining Engineer, Public Works Engineer. + Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying. + Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc. *(****or other related technical engineering degrees or bachelor’s degrees****)* * Official degree validity in Spain is mandatory. * **Junior profile**: recent graduates or candidates with **limited professional experience** (not strictly required). * Prior experience (internships, scholarships, or first jobs) in engineering firms, construction, or installations will be positively considered. * Residence in the southern region of the Iberian Peninsula, or willingness to relocate. * Availability for **business travel** and flexible working hours. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, ability to work in teams, and technical orientation. ##### **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional stability, joining a group undergoing active expansion. * Training plan to develop your career as an engineer toward becoming a Site Manager. * Intensive work schedule every Friday throughout the year, and three intensive workdays per week during July and August (subject to company policy). * Flexible working hours. **Join our team and start your career with us!**
