DESCRIPTION We are seeking to fill an indefinite-term vacancy for a Multifunctional Administrative Assistant – Medical Department at our Ibermutua center in Gijón\-Domínguez Gil. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify patient data, collect information, and provide all necessary details regarding the purpose of their visit (coverage, services, mobility management, patient and visitor orientation, Ibermutua Digital, surveys, complaints filed with the National Institute of Social Security [INSS], third-party billing, etc.). * Manage access to the center for injured patients/patients with mobility issues, critical emergencies, etc., coordinating services through the designated staff member. * Schedule and manage patient medical appointments (via telecommunication, Shared Services Platform, email, or SMS) and respond to related inquiries and questions. * Process and resolve incidents reported in medical reports related to temporary disability (IT) procedures. * Manage and process all requests submitted to the INSS and the Public Health Service (SPS). * Identify, manage, and process documentation within the Shared Services Platform. * Answer incoming calls at the center and redirect them to the appropriate department for handling, if required. * Perform any other administrative tasks related to your assigned responsibilities, applying established departmental procedures. WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Weekly schedule Monday through Friday, either mornings and afternoons from 08:00 to 14:30 or afternoons from 13:30 to 20:00 \+ flexible hours bank, with availability for occasional service coverage as needed across centers in the Asturias Territorial Management Office.
