At ARTIEM, we are looking for a highly motivated **Housekeeping Staff** to join our team. ### **Responsibilities** As a **Housekeeping Staff**, your main responsibilities will include: * Cleaning and properly maintaining hotel rooms and common areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. * Restocking room supplies such as towels, soaps, and other amenities. * Performing laundry tasks, as well as proper handling and storage of cleaning products. * Inspecting rooms to identify maintenance needs and reporting them to the relevant department. * Constant collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. * Maintaining guest confidentiality and privacy at all times. * Participating in training and continuous development programs to improve service quality and professional skills. ### **Requirements** Ideal candidates must meet the following requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel. * Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and handling of cleaning products. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. * Proactive attitude and attention to detail, ensuring each room meets our quality standards. * Effective communication skills and customer orientation, delivering service that exceeds our guests' expectations. ### **We Offer** At ARTIEM Hotels, we value our employees and the commitment they bring to our team.
