Your primary activity will focus on **residential building construction and private works**, including housing units, commercial premises, and refurbishments. **Main Responsibilities** As Site Manager, you will be responsible for: * Leading and coordinating **all phases of construction projects**, from inception to handover. * Supervising **foremen, workers, and subcontractors**, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Managing **budgets, materials, and resources**, optimizing costs without compromising quality. * Ensuring compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations (OHS)**. * Preparing progress reports and maintaining smooth communication with clients and Technical Management. * Resolving technical and organizational issues arising during execution. Requirements Requirements * **Education:** Technical Architect, Building Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Construction. * **Minimum Experience:** 5 years as Site Manager on residential or refurbishment projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** + Interpretation of drawings and technical documentation. + Budget control, planning, and resource management. + Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project, BIM). * **Skills:** Leadership, problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork. * **Others:** Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel within Asturias. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **trade coordination and subcontractor management**. * Knowledge of **BIM methodology and new construction technologies**. * Experience in **refurbishment projects, civil works, or landmark buildings**.
