We are seeking a professional with experience in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery. Responsibilities will include identifying faults in engines, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. The role involves preventive maintenance, performing tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement before deterioration occurs. The candidate will also carry out corrective maintenance, repairing or replacing parts that have already failed. To do so, they must be proficient in using specialized tools including wrenches, measuring equipment, welding tools, and workshop machinery. Additionally, they will participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, interpreting technical drawings and manuals to understand machinery operation. A Higher Technical Qualification in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or a related field is mandatory, along with a minimum of two years’ experience in similar positions. Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage. This position offers an indefinite-term contract and full-time hours, with a salary aligned with the Collective Agreement for the Commerce Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
