The position requires detailed planning, coordination and supervision of facade rehabilitation works, ensuring rigorous control over on-site execution. It will be essential to maintain smooth and constant communication with the site management, the client and the technical office, as well as efficiently manage materials, orders and cost control. We are seeking a candidate with at least two years of experience as a site manager in the building rehabilitation sector. Technical training in Construction is essential, such as a Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Construction, Building, Civil Engineering Projects, or a technical engineering or architecture degree. Training in Occupational Risk Prevention is also required. Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, the ability to lead teams, proactively resolve incidents and make effective decisions on site will be highly valued. Possession of driving license B1 is essential. An indefinite employment contract is offered, with immediate incorporation, working hours from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 18:00, and an annual gross salary of 27,000 euros.
