We are looking for a **Front\-End Developer** to join our Gijón Customer Experience team on a permanent basis. Our CX team works daily to enhance our clients’ digital assets using a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) methodology. This process involves analysts and technical specialists from various disciplines contributing their domain expertise — and currently requires reinforcement in its technical component with a front\-end professional. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Joining the CX team and collaborating with colleagues to improve the user experience of our clients. * Participating in the analysis of our clients’ websites and proposing enhancements. * Implementing A/B tests. If you’re unfamiliar with them, don’t worry — we’ll train you. This is where your front\-end expertise becomes essential :). * Learning continuously: UX, accessibility, and data analytics. * Growing and specializing in technologies or knowledge domains: customer management, business analytics, dynamic creative development, CDP, etc. We offer a stable, future-oriented position with internal promotion opportunities. We look forward to welcoming you!! **Required Skills:** * Solid proficiency in **HTML5** and **CSS3** (vanilla markup). * Strong command of **JavaScript**, including DOM manipulation and understanding of page components. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, communicate clearly, and work cross-functionally (e.g., with UX, data, and business teams).
