As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with a Technical Writer experienced in technical documentation for complex software projects, to join a high-criticality strategic project in the fields of defense, cybersecurity, and technological infrastructure. What will you do? * Develop and maintain project technical documentation aligned with contractual deliverables and established standards. * Draft documentation covering logical and physical architecture, deployment, integration, and operation of complex software solutions. * Prepare user manuals, operational guides, and technical procedures. * Generate training materials targeted at end users and operations teams. * Collaborate with architecture, development, integration, and QA teams to gather, structure, and validate technical information. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of generated documentation. * Manage documentation repositories and maintain version control of documentation. * Participate in the ongoing review and updating of documentation throughout the project lifecycle. * Adapt and draft technical documentation in English for national and international clients. * Ensure compliance with documentation requirements in regulated environments and high-demand projects. Go ahead—explore our proposal and let us discover what you can bring to us! **Mandatory Requirements:** * 2–4 years of experience in technical documentation for complex software projects. * Experience documenting logical and physical architecture, deployment, integration, and operation. * Ability to structure technical information aligned with contractual deliverables and project standards. * Experience collaborating with architecture, development, integration, and QA teams to collect and validate content. * Proficiency with documentation tools and repositories such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Markdown. * Experience managing documentation version control. * Excellent written communication skills. * Advanced English level with demonstrated ability to author technical documentation. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of systems engineering, software architecture, and requirements traceability. * Experience creating training materials for users and operators. * Basic knowledge of APIs and IT infrastructure. * Experience in document management within regulated defense or cybersecurity environments. * Experience translating or producing technical documentation in English for clients. **Valuable Certifications:** * Training in Technical Writing or technical communication. * Certifications in software engineering, ITIL, ENS, or CCN. * Training in documentation or document management tools. **Personal Skills:** * Analytical ability to understand complex solutions. * Attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality. * Organizational capability and ability to manage multiple deliverables. * Teamwork and communication with technical and business stakeholders. * Collaborative attitude and commitment. * Interest in cybersecurity and defense environments.
