We currently have **two openings** to lead acoustic emission testing on gas tanks in the field as part of a strategic project. We’re looking for people eager to train alongside our experienced team, take responsibility on-site, and build a solid career path within the company. **Your Mission: What impact will you make on a daily basis?** ---------------------------------------------------- * **You’ll conduct precision technical tests:** You’ll carry out acoustic emission tests and inspections on gas tanks using the assigned technical van, ensuring installations meet the highest quality and safety standards. * **You’ll design your own operations and route:** You’ll autonomously plan weekly inspection routes together with your colleague to efficiently cover scheduled inspections across the region (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, and Castilla y León). * **You’ll learn from the best from day one:** You’ll receive continuous initial training from our most experienced team member, absorbing our methodology to achieve full autonomy in the field. * **You’ll grow within the project:** You’ll join the initial phase of an expanding service. In the future, this project will extend into new operational areas. ### **️ What would we like to see in your profile?** We present our requirements as the key tools enabling you to perform your job successfully and feel comfortable in the role: * **Technical education (Vocational Training Level II / Higher Vocational Education Cycle in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or a related field):** This provides the foundational knowledge in physics and equipment needed to quickly master acoustic emission techniques. * **Valid driver’s license and enthusiasm for driving:** The technical van will be your operational base. You’ll always be accompanied by your work partner while conducting routes across northern Spain. * **Availability to travel during the week:** You’ll need to be available for overnight stays away from home several days per week, depending on the routes you plan. * **Flexible geographical base:** We value candidates preferably located between León, Bilbao, and Santander—or in areas with good connectivity in Castilla y León, Cantabria, Asturias, or the Basque Country. * **Proactive, project-oriented profile:** Prior experience in regulatory inspection is not required. We seek attitude, eagerness to learn a high-value market specialty, and long-term commitment to grow with us. ### **Why join our project? Moreover, **all accommodation and travel expenses are fully covered by us.** * **Well-being Working Hours:** During your regular working days, our rest philosophy applies: working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), and **every Friday, the day before public holidays, and all of July and August feature an intensive schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM**. Additionally, **December 24 and December 31 are guaranteed days off for the entire team.** * **Stability and Career Development:** An **indefinite-term contract**, with planned incorporation in September.
