At **Objetivo Económico SL**, we are seeking a versatile professional to lead the execution of our thermal insulation projects. We are looking for a responsible individual with technical skills and the ability to manage the full lifecycle of each project: from the initial audit to final installation. Your role is essential to ensuring the quality of our installations and the viability of the energy efficiency projects we manage under the **CAEs** model. **Your main responsibilities:** * **On-site technical visits:** Travel to our clients’ homes in the Castilla y León region to conduct pre-installation audits. * **Data collection:** Document in detail the current condition of the dwelling. This includes taking photographs of façades, windows, doors, water heaters, and especially the attic (floor, ceiling, condition of conservation, and imperfections). * **Nexotech platform management:** Report all collected information and photographic evidence on our internal platform (**Nexotech**), ensuring data accuracy and quality for subsequent office validation. * **Feasibility control:** Act as the company’s “eyes” in the field, identifying any anomalies or technical conditions that must be verified before the installation team proceeds with mineral wool (blown-in or roll form). * **Office communication:** Constant coordination with the administrative team to confirm that the information uploaded to the platform is correct and enables project execution. **Validation and execution:** * Once the office team validates the documentation, you yourself will carry out the **thermal insulation installation**. * You will perform insulation work using **mineral wool (blown-in or roll form)**, ensuring the finish meets our high standards of quality and thermal efficiency. **Requirements:** * **Technical capability:** Ability to assess the structural and technical condition of residential buildings (insulation, roofs, carpentry, etc.). * **Digital tool proficiency:** Ease of use of mobile apps, file upload management, and management platforms (e.g., Nexotech). * **Mobility:** Valid driver’s license and availability to travel across the Castilla y León region. * **Attention to detail:** Must be methodical and rigorous when capturing photographic and technical data. * **Customer interaction:** Professional and courteous attitude, as you will be the visible face of the company during home visits. **What we offer?** * Immediate hiring in a rapidly growing company within the energy efficiency sector. * Technical training on material usage (blown-in/roll mineral wool) and case file management. * Job stability and career development within a project delivering positive social and environmental impact. * Competitive salary.
