As Area Manager, you will be fully responsible for managing the gaming halls within your assigned geographical area. Your primary mission will be to meet the approved budget, ensure compliance with gaming regulations and the company’s management procedures, and maximize profitability and optimal operation of the gaming halls in your assigned territory. You will report directly to the Territorial Director of the region. Your **main responsibilities** will include, among others: * Achieving objectives set by management, ensuring adherence to operating hours, regulatory requirements, documentation, and access controls to guarantee compliance with regulations and the company’s responsible gaming principles. * Continuously reviewing costs, revenues, and machine park optimization to meet the zone’s EBITDA budget, BDI budget, and BAI budget. * Coordinating and maintaining qualified personnel at each business unit, supervising and supporting their training to ensure efficient customer service. * Supervising facilities and machine parks, ensuring their maintenance or implementing modifications according to user preferences, with the aim of maximizing profitability per business unit. **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience managing business centers (Hospitality, Large Retail, Food Service, Franchises, etc.). * Ability to achieve and exceed established objectives. * Leadership, motivation, and team management skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Results orientation and analytical skills for financial and performance data analysis. * National-level geographical mobility preferred. **What can we offer you?** * Join an internationally expanding company with a long-standing track record. * Work within an innovative, multidisciplinary team in constant evolution. * Enjoy a professional development environment with real growth opportunities. * Annual performance-based bonus on top of base salary. * Flexible compensation plan. * Company vehicle.
