Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Technician / Systems Administration Assistant for a private hospital, responsible for technical support, incident resolution, and maintenance of equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides on-site and remote technical support to end users. 2. Collaborates in the administration and maintenance of virtualized servers. 3. Keeps technical documentation and incident logs up to date. Endivo Consulting is looking for an IT Support Technician / Systems Administration Assistant to join a renowned private hospital in the healthcare sector. **Minimum Requirements** * Intermediate Vocational Training in Microcomputer Systems and Networks or a related higher education degree. * Prior experience in technical support or helpdesk roles, preferably in hospital or healthcare environments. * General knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and computer hardware. * Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory administration. * Knowledge of virtualization with Hyper\-V. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills and user-oriented approach. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with the HL7 standard and healthcare integration environments. * Experience with WordPress. * Basic knowledge of backup solutions, antivirus software, and user management. * Experience in technical documentation and equipment inventory management. **Responsibilities** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users. * Resolve incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and applications. * Manage basic user accounts and permissions in Active Directory. * Collaborate on administration and maintenance tasks for virtualized servers. * Perform technical diagnostics and implement timely solutions. * Keep technical documentation and incident logs up to date. * Collaborate with various departments to continuously improve the hospital's technological systems.
