As part of our positioning as a leading technology company, we aim to strengthen our team with a Linux Infrastructure and Hybrid Environments Specialist, experienced in implementing and operating hybrid and on-premise infrastructures, to join a strategic project in León. What will you do? Participate in the deployment and operation of hybrid infrastructures. Administer Linux systems and manage VMware virtualized environments. Participate in the operation of OpenShift and Kubernetes container platforms. Provide infrastructure support for AWS \+ operate in ZAR data center. Collaborate in hardware management, including servers, storage, and physical networking. Resolve network and system incidents with a continuous improvement focus. Ensure performance, resilience, and scalability of the technology infrastructure. What are we looking for in you? Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of our requirements. Go ahead — learn about our proposal and tell us what you can bring to the team! ✅ Vocational training (FP) with at least 3 years of experience in implementing and operating hybrid and on-premise infrastructures, focused on Linux, hardware, networks, and virtualization and container platforms. ✅ Knowledge of Linux, experience with hardware and networks, use of platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, and ability to work in hybrid environments. ✅ Experience in system-level troubleshooting \+ Bash and Python scripting. ✅ Experience with physical servers and Dell, HPE or other storage systems in bare-metal environments. ✅ Experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and understanding of clusters and high availability. **✅ Networking fundamentals:** TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, VPN, segmentation, firewalls, and infrastructure security. ✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in León.
