Constant communication and customer satisfaction **Position Profile: Renovation Projects Architect** **Location:** Valencia, Spain **Department:** Projects and Construction Execution **Employment Type:** Full-time / Permanent **Reports To:** Operations Director or General Management **Position Mission** The **Renovation Projects Architect** will be responsible for the **end-to-end management of renovation projects**, from the design phase through final execution, acting as the **primary liaison between the company, the client, and suppliers/contractors**. The objective is to ensure **technical quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction**, representing the company’s professional and trustworthy image. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct technical site visits to homes, commercial premises, and buildings to assess initial conditions and define project scope. * Develop **design and layout proposals** based on client requirements, including plans, renderings, and budgets. * Coordinate **planning, execution, and supervision** of renovation works. * Manage **technical and administrative documentation**, building permits, and municipal approvals. * Select, coordinate, and supervise **contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors**. * Monitor **project quality, costs, and timelines** across all phases. * Maintain **constant communication with the client**, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. * Represent the company at construction meetings and before public or private entities. * Collaborate with the commercial department in preparing technical proposals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Education:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture. * Active registration with the **Official College of Architects of the Valencian Community (COACV)** or the **College of Surveyors and Technical Architects of Valencia (CAATIE)**, as applicable. **Professional Experience:** * Minimum **3 years’ experience managing construction or comprehensive renovation projects**. * Demonstrable experience in direct client interaction and on-site team leadership. * Practical knowledge of the local Valencia market regarding **building materials, suppliers, and urban planning regulations**. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in design and project management software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Presto, or similar tools. * Solid expertise in **cost estimation, quantity surveying, and cost control**. * Familiarity with **Building Inspection Reports (ITEs), the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), the Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings (RITE)**, and municipal regulations applicable to renovations. **Personal Competencies:** * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Customer orientation and problem-solving aptitude. * Organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail. * Professional appearance and proactive attitude. **Languages:** * Native Spanish. * English and/or Valencian are advantageous. **Licenses:** * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle.
