Job Summary: We are seeking a physician for an assisted living facility to coordinate with ESR, assess admissions, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with ESR and the multidisciplinary team 2. Assessment of residents' admissions We are looking for a physician for an assisted living facility. 5 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Coordination with ESR (ICS), admission assessment, coordination with the facility's multidisciplinary team * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in geriatrics will be valued. * Medical degree * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time (5 hours \- weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '200' to '500'
