What we require: **Education** Bachelor’s degree in **Technical Architecture** / **Building Engineering** is mandatory. **Experience and Skills** Experience in Construction Execution Management, Site Supervision, or Works Coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project; knowledge of Revit, Presto, and Arquímedes is desirable. Leadership and communication skills. **Other Requirements** Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel frequently (Management Area: Castilla y León \- Guadalajara \- Extremadura) If your profile matches what we are looking for, we can offer you: Full-time schedule Gross annual remuneration to €59,362 to €90,115 Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Economic estimates and cost control. * Construction execution management. * Project analysis and monitoring. * Overall construction scheduling; control and follow-up. * Quality management and control of construction works. * Trade coordination. * Safety control on construction sites.
