Description

This position focuses on assembly and mechanical fitting activities within an industrial environment. The professional will be responsible for performing the complete mechanical assembly of various components and systems. This involves ensuring precise, millimeter-accurate fitting of all parts, following strict technical specifications to guarantee the functionality and safety of the final product. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of mechanical principles to achieve high-quality, durable assemblies. In addition to assembly tasks, the role includes reading and interpreting detailed mechanical drawings. This skill is essential to understand dimensions, tolerances, and relationships among different components before and during the assembly process. Daily work involves frequent use of a variety of specialized hand and power tools required for adjustment, fastening, and verification operations. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to different projects and specifications. Collaboration with other departments—such as engineering and quality control—is essential to resolve technical issues and optimize assembly processes. This position offers a stable employment contract directly with the company, starting with a base salary corresponding to the Third-Level Skilled Worker category. A written, guaranteed salary and professional category progression system is in place from the first day of employment. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts covering morning and afternoon periods, adapting to production requirements. Applicants must hold a Higher Vocational Training Degree (FP2\) in technical fields such as mechatronics, machining, or related disciplines. Demonstrable prior experience in industrial mechanical assembly tasks is mandatory. Knowledge of the Basque language (Euskera) is considered a positive asset. The ideal candidate must possess strong teamwork skills and willingness to undertake occasional travel if required by work activities.
