We are looking for a professional to support us in the daily management of the Human Resources department from our workshop of over 250 professionals in Seseña. **Your New Role** ------------ * Welcome and support employees on their first day, including company orientation, setup of IT equipment, and resolution of questions specific to the first day. * Manage, coordinate with external payroll providers, and control labor documentation: employment contracts, Form 145s, addendums, and other documents related to occupational risk prevention. * Coordinate onboarding, hiring, and integration processes via the Workday platform. * Daily supervision and tracking of absenteeism at the workplace. * In-person assistance and support to employees through the internal HR inquiry mailbox. * Promote, organize, and support center employees in completing mandatory training courses, preventive documentation, ENPs (Employee Notification Procedures), and other related procedures. **Your Skills** ------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Law, Labor Relations, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner. * Meticulous, responsible, and organized profile with strong communication skills and an employee-oriented approach. **Our Offer** ------------------ * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; 5 days of remote work per month. * Workplace: Seseña. * Flexible compensation and company benefits.
