The multiskilled operator is a key figure in the manufacturing environment, responsible for ensuring production continuity and quality. Their duties focus on supervising and executing various production processes, ranging from monitoring machinery and parameters such as temperature to handling and preparing materials. This role requires high adaptability and attention to move across different plant areas—whether rubber, plastic, or metal production lines—ensuring each phase meets established standards. Daily work involves meticulous and systematic tasks to prevent incidents and maintain optimal workflow. In addition to technical responsibilities, the operator actively contributes to internal factory logistics, participating in feeding assembly lines and performing final product preparation for storage or shipment. This position is dynamic and demands a proactive attitude, as the individual will constantly interact with teams and procedures vital to overall operational efficiency. The working environment is typically industrial, with operating machinery and safety protocols that must be strictly followed at all times to safeguard personal integrity and output quality. The ability to work collaboratively and clearly communicate issues is also highly valued, fostering a cooperative and continuously improving atmosphere within the production department. This position offers competitive remuneration, aligned with the applicable industrial sector collective agreement. Working hours follow a rotating shift system covering three distinct shifts, requiring flexibility in scheduling. Employment is formalized through monthly contracts, with possible extensions based on production needs and employee performance. Necessary personal protective equipment will be provided, and work will be carried out in facilities compliant with current industrial safety and hygiene regulations. Previous experience in industrial environments is required, preferably in sectors such as injection molding or welding, with at least one year of practical experience in similar roles. Demonstrated proficiency in operating electric pallet trucks for material handling within the plant is essential. Possession of a bridge crane operator license and a Medium-Level Technical Vocational Qualification (Grado Medio) in technical fields—especially those related to metalworking operations—is considered advantageous. The ideal candidate should demonstrate commitment, capacity to learn new processes, and aptitude to work effectively in a factory setting under rotating shifts.
