**Job Description**
We are looking for **an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician** responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities for one of our clients.
Their ***main responsibilities*** will include:
1\. Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of HVAC systems in various buildings, including steam boilers, air conditioning units, air compressors, electrical systems, etc.
2\. Scheduling required inspections according to applicable regulations, responding to breakdowns as needed, and supporting other team members in building maintenance.
3\. Recovery of fluorinated gases, leak detection, and various repairs on refrigeration systems.
4\. Air quality measurements and energy consumption monitoring.
**Requirements** ***Education***: Medium or higher degree in thermal and fluid installations maintenance or industrial refrigeration,
FPII and/or Higher Degree in Installation and Maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems.
***Experience:*** At least 1 year of verifiable experience in a similar role or company.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within the HVAC and industrial refrigeration sector is required.
***Required skills:***
1\. Electronics, plumbing, systems, motors, and hydraulic pumps.
2\. Electrical knowledge and basic PCI level. Desirable.
3\. RITE certification, desirable.
4\. HVAC / Industrial refrigeration.
5\. Computer literacy and proficiency in computer use.
6\. Valid driver's license.
