Electronic Procurement Manager
FUNCTIONS
Purchase raw materials, industrial components, and/or commercialized products in accordance with the organization’s general procedures and based on the company’s demand planning, to ensure production quotas and on-time delivery.
* Issue and process purchase orders for requested items to supply the factory with necessary materials.
* Conduct detailed tracking of the order portfolio and related incidents (expeditions, modifications, cancellations) to prevent supply delays or errors.
* Collaborate with the Planning Department in developing purchase forecasts to optimize component procurement.
* Collaborate with the Planning Department to reduce procurement parameters (lot sizes and lead times) to lower inventory levels.
* Manage supplier-owned goods depots to control and optimize their usage.
* Handle required import procedures with foreign suppliers (transportation, customs, etc.) to comply with international regulations and avoid order delays.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Education: Technical Vocational Training Level II in Electronics or equivalent.
* Knowledge:
o International Trade
o Electronics knowledge
o Office applications
o Languages: Advanced English.
* Experience: At least two years in similar roles within Procurement or Planning Departments in the industrial sector.
