We are looking to hire a **Gender Equality Consultant** to support and develop key projects in this field. **Main Responsibilities:** * Drafting and maintaining **Equality Plans**. * Developing **LGTBI+ Plans**. * Conducting **pay registers and salary audits**. * Preparing **diagnostic reports**. * Designing and implementing **protocols for preventing sexual harassment and harassment on grounds of sex**. * Providing assistance and participating in **negotiating committee meetings**. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in a related field; a Master’s degree in equality, gender studies, or related disciplines is highly valued. * Advanced Excel skills. * At least one year of experience in a similar role. * Residence in Madrid. * Interest in technical and regulatory work, as well as client-facing activities. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing consultancy handling diverse, high-impact projects. * Guidance and support from a multidisciplinary team. * Professional development and continuous learning. * Flexibility and work-life balance. * **Hybrid work arrangement**: 90 % remote and 10 % on-site.
