Main Responsibilities 1\. Load trays or containers of eggs into the machine, ensuring a constant and proper flow. 2\. Remove, stack, and organize trays of sorted eggs according to specified size and category. 3\. Perform visual inspections to detect damaged, dirty, or unsuitable eggs, separating them according to procedure. 4\. Keep the work area and machine clean, assisting in basic cleaning and organization tasks. 5\. Assist the operator or supervisor in starting, stopping, and making minor adjustments to the machine when required. 6\.
