Talma School in Juneda is seeking a candidate with a Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching profile to join the CEEPSIR team, supporting schools and professionals in implementing the Inclusive Education Decree. The selected candidate will also carry out teaching duties at our school. The person selected will serve as a reference and facilitator of inclusive practices, supporting teaching teams and collaborating to improve support for students with diverse educational needs. Essential requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education Teaching with specialization in Diversity Support / Special Education. • Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of inclusive education, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and universal, additional, and intensive support measures. • Ability to adapt materials, design supports, and produce Easy-to-Read documents. • Proficiency in multi-level methodologies and flexible classroom practices. • Skills in collaborative work, communication, and professional mentoring. • Personal vehicle. Preferred qualifications: • Prior experience in Special Education Centers (CEE), CEEPSIR, or diversity support teams. • Familiarity with Decree 150/2017 and the operation of intensive supports. • Capacity to lead and energize teams, plus experience in pedagogical guidance or coordination. • Training in digital tools applied to accessibility and learning. • Training or experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): sensory regulation, environmental structuring, anticipation, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, etc. • Knowledge of working with students exhibiting behavioral disorders: positive behavior management, prevention, de-escalation strategies, and educational intervention. • Catalan language proficiency at C2 level. • Conduct classroom observations to identify needs, barriers, and potential. • Design and implement action plans and support measures based on the Inclusive Education Decree. • Provide pedagogical resources, adapted materials, and inclusive methodological proposals. • Advise on multi-level methodologies, cognitive accessibility, and Easy-to-Read formats. • Participate in periodic coordination meetings with teachers, Educational and Psychopedagogical Assessment Teams (EAP), school leadership, and other professionals. • Support teaching teams in planning classroom strategies, task adaptations, and organization of supports. • Provide direct student support during specific moments, as required. * Experience: 6 months.
