PROYECTO IDIOMAS is a group of language academies with over 35 years of experience in language training. We are seeking to add to our team a person with a clearly commercial profile, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Your primary mission: to attend to, advise, and sell This position focuses especially on telephone support and the sale of our language courses. We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying their needs, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into enrollments. **Main responsibilities:** * Telephone support and sales of language courses to new students. * Commercial advising to recommend the course best suited to each student. * Lead and prospective student follow-up via phone, WhatsApp, and email. * Handling inquiries, objections, and closing enrollments. * Commercial follow-up of interested individuals who have not yet enrolled. * Supporting and retaining current students. * Managing registrations, enrollments, schedule changes, and incidents. * Issuing certificates and academic documentation. * Assisting with other administrative and support tasks related to the school’s daily operations. **What kind of candidate are we looking for?** * Prior experience in telesales, sales, or customer service. * Comfortable making and receiving commercial calls. * Clear goal orientation and ability to close sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Good command of both Spanish and English. * Proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and self-motivated profile. * Strong follow-up capability: we seek someone who does not merely respond to inquiries but accompanies prospective students through to enrollment. * Excellent written expression and spelling. * Residence in Alicante, as this is an on-site position. **What do we offer?** * 40-hour weekly contract. * International environment linked to education and training. * Opportunity to study languages at our school.
