We are looking for **a Dietitian for collective catering** to join our team at the Torrevieja University Hospital. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and personalizing the center’s menus, while controlling and ensuring quality and nutritional standards. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and sign off on menus. * Personalize menus and adapt them to food allergies and intolerances. * Manage allergen lists and communicate to the kitchen the portions to be prepared for each type of diet. * Administrative tasks. * Quality control. * Maintain close contact and collaboration with the kitchen team. * Identify and report detected nutrition and dietetics issues. * Prepare special diets and referrals. * APPCC control (mandatory and important). **We offer:** * A 15.5-hour weekly schedule. * Shift: Afternoon shift on weekdays and weekends, according to the roster. * Salary according to the applicable collective agreement. * Initial temporary contract of 2 months, with potential conversion to an indefinite contract. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
