The **objective** of the Nursing Assistant position at Grupo Casaverde is to provide auxiliary care to users according to their needs, under the supervision and guidance of the center’s multidisciplinary team, supervisors, nursing staff, or physicians, with the aim of improving or maintaining users’ current quality of life. **Requirements:** * Officially recognized qualification * Experience in a similar position **Responsibilities:** * Strictly adhere to the established work plan and procedures. * Implement the user’s care plan. * Perform personal hygiene and grooming for the user, prepare materials, carry out oral hygiene and denture cleaning, comb hair, shave, change into clean diapers, and dress the user. (During the corresponding shift) * Assist with diaper changes and intimate hygiene for the user, always ensuring maximum privacy and dignity for the user. * Organize and monitor the user’s cabinets and personal belongings. * Collect soiled linen, including bed linens and the user’s personal clothing. * Make beds and maintain order in the user’s room. * Perform postural changes; when carried out by two assistants, ensure correct mobilization following instructions provided by the nursing or supervisory department, always adhering to the established protocol. * Assist and accompany users to all dining areas. * Assist and accompany users (to lounges, gym, group therapies, or rest areas). **What do we offer?** * Working hours: 40 hours per week. * Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Contract type: Temporary substitution contract.
