The primary mission of the Temporary Cashier position is to contribute to customer satisfaction and sales growth while ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The incumbent will be responsible for the efficiency of the checkout process, including greeting customers and ensuring smooth workflow. It is essential to carry out reliable and efficient payment processing, strictly adhering to established cash register and merchandise control procedures. Active contribution toward achieving departmental cash register objectives is expected. Furthermore, teamwork is encouraged, aligning with company values and actively participating in daily warehouse and company operations. Prior experience in cashier roles at retail outlets is highly desirable, demonstrating speed and high-quality customer service. Knowledge or experience in construction materials is considered a plus. Initiative, motivation, and a genuine drive for self-improvement are required, with clear orientation toward both sales and customer service. Candidates must reside within the province of Lleida and have access to personal transportation or public transport to commute to the workplace. A minimum educational requirement is Primary Education. At least one year of experience in similar roles within retail or large-scale commercial establishments is preferred. Experience as a cashier in retail environments. Experience and/or knowledge of construction materials (highly valued). Experience in retail or large-scale commercial establishments. Initiative, motivation, and orientation toward sales and customer service. Residence within the province of the vacancy. Ability to commute to the warehouse via personal vehicle or public transport.
