The position focuses on ensuring optimal customer service and executing sales operations in accordance with the established commercial plan. This role involves active collaboration in rolling out commercial activities and proposing continuous improvements to respond more effectively to customer demands. It is essential to maintain the assigned section, with special attention to accurate product placement, timely restocking, and correct labeling and signage. Responsibilities include managing the section's inventory according to the supervisor's guidelines, ensuring product availability and appropriate stock rotation. Furthermore, strict compliance with all applicable workplace safety regulations is mandatory, contributing to a safe environment for both staff and customers. Team collaboration is a fundamental pillar, promoting and embodying corporate values daily. Participation in warehouse life is key—actively engaging in the company's business project to foster a cohesive and productive work environment. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a firm focus on customer service—essential for the smooth daily operation of the point of sale.
