We are currently seeking a **Mechanical Construction Site Supervisor** for a **Hydroelectric Power Plant** located in the **EBRO – PYRENEES** area. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Supervise the daily execution of mechanical assembly works. Ensure compliance with schedules, technical specifications, safety and quality standards. Coordinate and verify progress with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site technical teams. Review drawings, progress reports, and technical documentation. Prepare daily and weekly construction reports (physical progress, material control, deviations). **What are we looking for?** Higher university or technical degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering (mechanical branch), or related field. +5 years of experience in mechanical assembly supervision, construction management, or mechanical installation team leadership. Knowledge in reading drawings, construction quality control, and contractor management. Availability to **reside at the project location and work on-site full-time (****Vall d'Aran, Seu d'Urgell, and Pallars Sobirà** **\- Province of Lleida).** Permanent presence on site is required.
